Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your Kurou-Black purchase! But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and wax seal attached/intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued within 7 - 10 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
